There's been a lot of buzz, mostly in my house, about Spider-man 3. I'm pretty excited for the Venom saga. Pretty damn excited.

In preparation, Comcast has some exclusive media for the movie.

Suit Up

Alex, my friend, confidant, and comedic soul mate, mentioned during his last Christmas visit that I should start watching "How I Met Your Mother." Having a full tv schedule, I was hesitant to add on another show. Tonight, after a grueling day at work, I came home determined to spend the rest of the evening eating cold pizza and watching tv. As luck would have it, "How I Met Your Mother" was on and a glorious journey begun.

Even though I've only seen half an episode, I can say with certainty that the show has got the goods. One only needs to look at the quotes in Wikipedia associated with Barney (Neil Patrick Harris' womanizing, suit wearing character) to see why:

"Legen - wait for it - dary." "Suit Up," "High Five," "What up?" and various uses of the word "awesome" and "awesomeness".

Widgets!!!

I just discovered the awesome power of the widget, applets powered by the Yahoo!Widget Engine designed to simplify and enhance the end user computer experience.

Basically, there are widgets for anything and everything you can imagine. Initially I overdid it, and then scaled it back to the bare essentials (see the Dilbert widget). I even downloaded a widget to take a picture of my desktop to post on the blog!

Captain America Shot Dead!

It looks like Marvel has assassinated Captain America.
